By purchasing a mystery box from Once Upon a Mystery Scoop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Mystery Contents
Each box contains hand-selected surprise items. The exact contents are kept a secret to preserve the element of surprise and may vary from box to box. Only two replacements are allowed and must be specified on the order placement form. Please note that not all Boxes will have video content.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
5. Returns & Refunds
